Xander Ford, formerly known as Marlou Arizala, garners attention once again after coming out as a bisexual, but most netizens are apparently not impressed by the revelation. He initially rose to fame as a member of the boy group Hasht5. He left the group to pursue a solo career and has undergone a drastic transformation to become Xander Ford. He was previously put under suspension by his agency, Star Image Artist Management, because of unprofessionalism.

After coming out as bisexual and introducing his boyfriend on his Youtube channel, his name started trending on Twitter but seemingly for the wrong reasons.

His coming out received negative feedback as netizens accuse him of using it as a distraction from recent allegations of raping his former girlfriend.

Ysah Cabrejas, his ex-girlfriend, shared in a now-unavailable Facebook post that she was physically abused and forced to partake in sexual intercourse by Ford. He dismissed these allegations, saying he has done nothing of the sorts.

Another woman named Samantha Nicole also came forward and claims to be the girlfriend of the person Ford introduced as his boyfriend. Her statement which was reposted on Twitter also made rounds on the internet which has further fueled netizens' doubts on Ford's coming out and his relationship with the guy. The tweet has since been deleted as per the request of Samantha Nicole, clarifying that she is not associated with any of the people involved.
